I use ipowerweb.com…..94 dollars a year and you do not need to know html to build it..they have site building tools…This fee included free domain registration and all….once you set up a site..you have to register the domain..then you also have to submit the site to all the search engines..which there is a search engine submittal tool included in this plan…

There are many web hosts that can assist you in setting up an online store. I personally use a web host that can assist you in building a successful retail clothing business via the Internet.

As for a business license, that depends on your jurisdiction. Call your town hall, explain what you have in mind (in general terms) and they will tell you what that will cost. Usually the license is not much if you work from your home and will not generate traffic around your house.
