  8. The best routes to take are to research the process of starting a business as well as the industry you're interested in.

I recommend checking out the SBA, Entrepreneur, The Start Up Journal & Nolo. All 4 are great informational resources for the new/small business owner. I posted links for you in the source box.

Associations may be a good avenue to explore as well. These organizations will address many of the thoughts, questions and concerns you'll inevitably have as well as many you haven't anticipated yet. See the source box for some relevant links.

Research, research, research – this cannot be stressed enough. Read as much as you can about the industry. Here are some book titles that are relevant:

    * Selling Online: How to Become a Successful E-Commerce Merchant by Jim Carroll, Rick Broadhead
    * The Complete E-Commerce Book: Design, Build, and Maintain a Successful Web-Based Business by Janice Reynolds
    * Intelligent Selling: The Art & Science of Selling Online by Ken Burke
    * E-Commerce for Dummies by Don Jones

There are plenty of free informational resources out there. Check the source box for links to articles.

Hope that helps! I wish you much success & happiness in all your ventures!

  13. Ken,
There are many web hosts that can assist you in setting up an online store. I personally use a web host that can assist you in building a successful retail clothing business via the Internet.
I was able to design/build a website that was getting targeted traffic after two short months without any web design experience. You can do a search for a web host that will fit your needs. One great example can bee seen at http://www.tobuildyour.com
    I hope this has helped.

BEST WISHES & HAPPY NEW YEAR!

  14. The cost of a business on the Internet is reasonable as businesses go. Of course you must still do your research to find the best products to run your business. I will always consider myself fortunate to have found the best set of tools the first time out. I've made a video about that at
    http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-uMdLyQZC9s

I'll put a link in the resource box for the company I use.

As for a business license, that depends on your jurisdiction. Call your town hall, explain what you have in mind (in general terms) and they will tell you what that will cost. Usually the license is not much if you work from your home and will not generate traffic around your house.

    Best wishes.

  15. WARNING: reptilian beings in a Draconian heirarchy comprised of 7 species are ruling our planet through secret societies like Skull & Bones, Freemasonry(goes up to 360th degree), Rosicrucians etc! Obama is an inbred of incestuous families like the Rothschilds, Rockefellars, Windsors etc brought up to be a president when the world is on the precipice of breaking down..don’t be surprised this year when there’s food shortages, WW3 & a staged alien invasion.
